  • All employees will collaborate to ensure safety during transportation by implementing the PDCA cycle.
  • We will comply with safety management regulations and strive to ensure transportation safety.
  • We will disseminate our safety policy, educate and inform all employees, and seek cooperation from our partner companies.
  • A communication system will be established to share information on transportation safety and proactively publicize it.

Operation Management

Prior to the ride, the driver will meet with the crew to check for alcohol intoxication, illness, fatigue, etc. They will also confirm the completion of daily inspections and give necessary instructions to ensure safe operation for the day. After the crew boards the bus, the driver will check the operation status, road conditions, and whether there have been any accidents to ensure safe operation.
Additionally, the driver will conduct an intermediate roll call at rest areas (Service Areas/Parking Areas) on the expressway to check for illness, fatigue, and confirm the current road conditions.
